Yemi Alade’s manager Taiye Aliyu loses dad

Taiye Aliyu, the manager of ‘Johnny’ singer, Yemi Alade  and the CEO of Effizy Music Group, the record label that is home to the MAMA award winner has lost his father, Professor J.S Aliyu.

Professor Aliyu, who was a Chief consultant and Dean of Arts and Social Science for Federal University Lokoja before he passed on, died at the age of 71. The English Professor, who was also former director at the Institute of Education, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria is survived by a wife and four children. The late Professor according to his family will be laid to rest on September 4, 2015.
