Super sub Kelechi Iheanacho came off the bench to
score an injury-time winner to maintain Manchester City's 100 per
cent start to the season.
The Nigerian, 18, had been on the field for less than a
minute when he stabbed home after Alex McCarthy had fumbled Samir Nasri's shot.
It was tough luck on a Crystal Palace side who had
matched the league leaders for brain and brawn during a lively encounter.
Sergio Aguero limped off with a leg injury after 25
minutes following a Scott Dann challenge and is now a doubt to face Juventus in
the Champions League on Tuesday night.
The £54million signing Kevin De Bruyne came off
the bench to replace Aguero to make a tidy City debut. His pass set up a chance
for Jesus Navas but the Spaniard missed an open goal after rounding Alex
McCarthy
